We work with leading funders to prove impact

We help corporates, foundations, and development institutions design, measure, and verify social impact programs, so every dollar deployed can show exactly what it achieved.

TRUSTED BY:

Who We Work With

Philanthropy

Foundations and philanthropic organizations looking to maximize and verify their social impact.

CSR / Sustainability

Corporate social responsibility and sustainability teams seeking rigorous measurement and reporting.

Development Finance

Government agencies and development finance institutions scaling outcome-based programs.

Many CSR programs face a shared challenge: demonstrating and measuring what actually changed.

Measuring real outcomes is hard. Data collection varies across grantees. Reports lean on narratives instead of hard numbers. And when a board asks “what did our $5 million actually achieve?”, even strong teams struggle to answer with confidence.

The gap between activity and accountability is where we work. We bring the rigor of carbon market verification to the social sector, giving you defensible numbers that stand up to scrutiny from boards, investors, regulators, and the public.

Our Approach

Rigorous measurement. Real-world impact.

We combine the discipline of financial audit with the nuance of development practice. Every metric is grounded in peer-reviewed research, every claim defensible under scrutiny.

What We Do

Quantify Impact
Know what your programs actually achieved.
We take your existing programs and retroactively quantify the social value they created. Using our Impact Framework, we translate activities into measured, monetized outcomes aligned to specific SDG targets. The output: a defensible social value figure your board can use.
We evaluated SAP's Africa Code Week across 48 countries and 14.6 million youth participants, estimating $1 billion in social value from increased lifetime earnings.
Program Design
Build programs that are measurable from day one.
Most programs fail at measurement because measurement was an afterthought. We work upstream, developing Theories of Change, identifying the right impact indicators, building monitoring frameworks, and structuring risk assessments so your programs capture outcomes from the start.
We designed SAP's global Social Procurement framework, aligning supplier diversity with measurable social outcomes across three regions.
Verification + Marketplace
Turn your impact into a verified asset.
For organizations ready to move beyond reporting, we bring verified outcomes into our marketplace as Verified Impact Assets. This means standardized measurement against a counterfactual, independent data verification, and a public listing where other funders can co-invest.
Bayer Foundation evaluated 15 women entrepreneurs. Three were selected for the marketplace. Their outcomes are now listed for co-funding alongside Bayer's investment.

Case Studies

Outcome-Based Philanthropic Facility
UBS Optimus Foundation
CGM designed and managed the Human Family Fund, an outcome-based facility funding education, health, anti-trafficking, and environment. Through Verified Impact Assets (VIAs) and our digital marketplace, donor funding was tied directly to verified, monetized social outcomes. The result: $2M in social value transactions and over $500,000 in outcome-based funding for grantees including Imagine Worldwide, LifeNet International, and MiracleFeet.

Evaluation + Design + Marketplace
SAP
A three-part engagement spanning program evaluation (quantifying Africa Code Week's $1B in social value across 48 countries), program design (building SAP's global Social Procurement Theory of Change), and marketplace participation (SAP became one of the first global corporations to purchase Verified Impact Assets). The collaboration was highlighted by the World Economic Forum's Innovative Finance Initiative as a leading case for outcome-based corporate impact.
